Diane Jamieson has been working in the mental health field in a variety of settings for over thirty years. In her work she sees the relationship between therapist and client as the most important aspect in the therapy. Trust, honesty, humor, compassion, and a respect for the change process are all integral to her work with others. She has a Masters Degree and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked extensively with people with alcohol and drug problems as well as by those affected by someone else’s substance use. She is also experienced in working with late adolescent/early adult developmental issues, women’s issues, grief and loss, and stress management.
